The cyber criminals who are banking on their cash and are looking for a PIN number are now cheating in a new trend. The UPI mobile app is aimed at cash transactions with a target of Rs.
The limit is increased
In the past, e-vallettes were limited to only Rs. 5,000 per transaction. With the rise of digital transactions and online based purchases, the Center has allowed the UPI (Unified Payment Interface) policy to enable the bank and its customers to make use of the bank. Earlier OTP (one time password) time limit was 15 minutes. If the money transfer is not transmitted then the transaction will be canceled itself. Upon reaching the UPI regime, the OTP period continues till the fifteen minutes instead of changing the OTP. This is the same as the cyber criminals who are aware of the UI number of clients and are taking a day's rate of Rs. In cases where the customer complains to bank officials, they do not stop cash transactions in the victim's account unless they freeze debit/credit card. Police say that this is accompanied by cyber criminals.
Hundreds of gangs
Debits / credit card holders are seeking to cash in on the West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar states. The gang members will collect the names of all the leading bank account holders and the ATM card details along with neighboring staff in Dilli, Mumbai. Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Karnataka. New SIM cards and talk to clients. 'The victims do not suspect that their name, card number and other details are correct. Those who are aware of higher education and cyber crimes are avoiding, while others are trapped in criminals. The deceased are coming up to cyber crime trips up to 10 people per day. In just a month, they have been stripped of Rs 1.20 crore from Hyderabad, "police said.
Do not believe someone who asks the PIN number
Do not tell the unidentified people and say 'change the card, pin number'. All the information of the clients will be available in respective banks. The bank officials do not phone their clients for them. If anyone suspects anyone, immediately inform the bank officials or the police.
