KOLKATA: A water tanker was hit when a Kolkata-DHA flight from Qatar Airways was taken off early Thursday morning. At the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata, there were 100 passengers on board. Soon after the event, they were all safe from the plane. The aircraft was partially damaged, officials said. The passengers were immediately rushed to the spot and the passengers were not injured, the officials said. The passengers in the nearby hotel have been provided with accommodation and have been informed that they will fly to Dhaka at 3 am on Friday.
